It is a real desktop app for your shop's udhaar khata and installment (qist) plans — Windows 10 and 11, macOS 13 and later, and any browser at web.wasoolo.com. Is there a Wasoolo app for Windows?
Yes — a real Windows app for Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). Download the installer, sign in with the same account you use on your phone, and your whole khata is there.
Is there a khata app for Mac?
Yes. The macOS app is signed and notarized by Apple and runs on macOS 13 or later, on Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
Can I use Wasoolo on a computer without installing anything?
Yes. Open web.wasoolo.com and sign in. It is the same app in a browser tab — useful on a shop PC you cannot install software on.
Can I make and manage installment (qist) plans on a computer?
Yes. Down payments, the number of installments, due dates, paid rows and overdue badges all work exactly as they do on the phone — and typing a plan on a keyboard is much faster.
Do I need a paid plan for the computer app?
Yes. The computer and web apps are included with Pro Lite and Pro. The phone app starts free.
Does it sync with my phone?
Live, both ways. Write an entry at the counter and it is on the computer a moment later. One khata, every screen.
Can I sign in without typing a password?
Yes — scan a QR code with the phone that is already signed in, the way WhatsApp Web works. Your phone asks you to approve it first.
Can my employees use the shop computer?
Yes. Staff logins work on the computer with the same permissions you set on the phone — an employee sees only what you allowed, and nothing else.
Can a customer sign in on a computer?
No. Customers use the free customer app on their phone. The computer and web apps are for shopkeepers and their staff.
Can I create a new Wasoolo account on the computer?
No — accounts are made in the phone app. Install Wasoolo on your phone first, make the account there, then sign in on the computer.
Windows warns about an unknown publisher. Is it safe?
The Windows build is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen can warn on the very first run. Click More info → Run anyway. The Mac build is signed and notarized by Apple, so it opens straight away.
