How do I get started with Wasoolo?
Download the Wasoolo app on your phone, create a free account, add your business name, and start adding customers and khatas. Your first udhaar entry takes less than a minute — no training needed. See the download page.
Does Wasoolo work offline?
Yes. Wasoolo is offline-first: you can add customers, entries and payments with no internet, and everything syncs automatically to the cloud when your phone is back online — across all your devices.
Do my customers need the app too?
No, it is optional. You can use Wasoolo alone. If you create a free login for a customer, they can see their own khata live in the customer app, chat with your shop, get reminders and submit payment proof.
How much does Wasoolo cost?
Wasoolo is free to start. Pro plans (Pro Lite and Pro) unlock more — see current pricing inside the app under More → Subscription. The customer app is always free.
Is my khata data safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit, protected by row-level security on the server, and backed up to the cloud. In the app you can also add a PIN lock and two-factor authentication, and take local or complete backups with photos.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from inside the app (Settings → Danger zone → Delete account), or follow the steps on our delete account page.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Manage or cancel them in your store account settings — Wasoolo never charges you directly, and cancelling never deletes your data.
